WORK SESSION:
1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M. or immediately following the Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code,
Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session
may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during
the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from
the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.
1. Recap and discussion of City Council actions.
2. Discussion of all items on tonight’s meeting agenda.

5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 23, 2026 SIGN BOARD
MEETING.
A motion was made to approve Item 5 on the agenda.

6. Consider: SV26-0007, Sign Variances for Restoration Church, located at 1280 E.
Highland St.
Deputy Director Jennifer Crosby presented a formal presentation of Item 6. Questions were
asked.
The applicant, Dylan Feaster, 5505 Highbank Rd, Fort Worth, TX, was present.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, SV26-0007 subject to the Staff Report dated May 15,
2026, to allow the construction of a monument sign located on the north side of the new entrance
of the church.

7. Consider: SV26-0008, Sign Variance for The Jane, located at 1151 E. Southlake Blvd.,
Suite 390.
Deputy Director Jennifer Crosby presented a formal presentation of Item 6. No questions were
asked.
The applicant was not present.
A motion was made to table Item 7, SV26-0008 subject to the Staff Report dated May 15, 2026,
due to the applicant’s absence for the June 4th, 2026, meeting.
