Responded quickly to clean out creek that had become unsightly due to nearby pool construction.

Saw mother with three small children having car trouble. In 100o heat, pushed her car to where he could get it started.

When drought restrictions issued in July, she spent most of the day on phone answering questions, but remained pleasant with each caller.

Injured dog found after Stars & Stripes and Ronnie took dog to vet, even though he was off duty. Dog was reunited with family next day.

Went out of her way to assist another employee in organizing and coordinating fire prevention contest with CISD.
