Ste. 310 Southlake, Texas 76092 Re: Lot 6R, Block 1, Stonebridge Park – Proposed Permitted Uses and Development Regulations Amendment To whom it may concern, The purpose of this letter is to support the Site Plan Application (ZA26-0041) for the proposed retail development located at 2350 W. Southlake Boulevard in Southlake, Texas. Lot 6R, Block 1 of Stonebridge Park is currently governed by Ordinance No. 480-208a and is part of the S-P-2 Generalized Site Plan District. Under the existing ordinance, C-2 Local Retail Commercial District uses are permitted on the subject property. As part of this application, Claymoore Engineering, the applicant is requesting an amendment to Ordinance No. 480-208a to allow C-3 General Commercial District uses on Lot 6R. This amendment request is being submitted at the direction of City staff following comments received during the zoning site plan review on May 28, 2026. In conclusion, we respectfully request approval of the amendment to Ordinance No. 480-208a to permit C-3 General Commercial District uses on Lot 6R, as depicted on the accompanying Zoning Site Plan exhibit.
