Question or Comment I am opposed to the zoning change.
This is a large residential lot(6-7 acres)that the majority of it
floods when it rains.The neighbors on both sides of this lot
have also mentioned that the 1 acre that is"buildable"floods
easily as well.
We live in Triple C and back to Dove Creek. I am concerned
with the over-development of this lot will cause more flooding
