These spaces will be marked with appropriate signage in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. •The property owner will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the EV chargers, ensuring proper functionality, safety, and compliance with codes. •Given the scope of this project and the associated construction timelines, staff recommend waiving the six-month sunset provision for the SUP.
