PUBLIC HEARING
Cyndi Cheng provided a formal presentation of Item 6. Questions were asked.
The applicant, Tim McEneny, 4317 Larchmont St., University Park, Tx., was present.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Seeing no one Chairman Kubiak closed the
public hearing.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, ZA26-0031 subject to the Staff Report dated May
29th 2026, and subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 1 dated May 29th, 2026.
