Variance to Zoning Ord. No. 480, as amended, Sec. 34.1.f requiring swimming pools to be located in a side or rear yard, but not within a front yard nor forward of the principal building, on property described as Lot 18, Block 2, and located at 3301 Ferguson Road. Current Zoning: “R-PUD” Residential Planned Unit Development District. The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a swimming pool adjacent to Lonesome Dove Rd., which is considered a front yard under the approved zoning. The house will face Ferguson Rd.
