REGULAR SESSION: 6:30 P.M.
1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter
of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session
to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.
b. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
3. Consider: Approval of the minutes for the April 16, 2026, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
4. Consider: Approval of the minutes for the May 14, 2026, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
5. Administrative Comments.
6. Consider: ZBA26-0004, Special Exception Use per Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section
44.12 (1) for a domestic employee or family quarters, Section 44.12 (6) for a reduction in the required
setback from property lines for a residential accessory building, and Variance to Zoning Ordinance
No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5.j.iii requiring that an accessory building shall not exceed 20 feet
in height, on property described as Lot 5, Block 4, Harbor Oaks Subdivision, and located at 1105 Harbor
Retreat. Current ZRQLQJ ³6)-1A" Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
7. Consider: ZBA26-0006, Special Exception Use per Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section
44.12 (3) for an in-home daycare on property described as Lot 10, Block 3, Cross Timber Hills Addition,
