During the PM peak hour, it is expected to generate 28 trips (14 inbound and 14 outbound). During the Saturday peak hour, it is projected to generate 47 trips (23 inbound and 24 outbound). 24 Hour - Weekday = 641 Saturday = 573 Zoning Change and Site Plan Original Zoning Change and Site Plan An applicant requested a Land Use Plan Amendment for 803 W. Southlake Blvd. to retain the Medium Density Land Use designation and add a site-specific recommendation. The request was approved as FM- LU11 via CP20-0001 on May 19, 2020. Site-Specific Request: FM-LU11 With the adoption of the Consolidated Future Plan update in 2023, the underlying land use designation was changed to Office Commercial.
