to the “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District uses and regulations and shall
only permit:

2.Indoor/outdoor sales and service for the sale of shaved ice (sno-
cones), hot chocolate, and similar food and beverage items and

presented in a form that would fit the current sign ordinance in the same allotted area shown in their
presentation. Also noting that the term of the application would be for three years or a change in
ownership of the property and further noting that the applicant considers security barriers on the drives
during unoccupied times and entry and exit signage conform to current sign standards and consider
landscape barriers around the perimeter of the property, especially around the traffic circle for traffic
control and pedestrian control. There is a request that the applicants bring more detailed topographical
information for review by City Council on the finish grade of the property.

The proposed site is expected to generate a total of 41 vehicle trips (41 inbound
and 39 outbound) during the AM peak hour. During the PM peak hour, it is
expected to generate 28 trips (14 inbound and 14 outbound). During the Saturday
peak hour, it is projected to generate 47 trips (23 inbound and 24 outbound).
