2. SPIN2026-03 ± An applicant is proposing a subdivision of an approximately 7.3-acre tract
into four residential lots on property located at 1360 N. Carroll Avenue, within SPIN
Neighborhood #3.
3. SPIN2026-04 ± An applicant is proposing an 8-lot gated single-family residential subdivision
on property located at 4000 N. White Chapel Blvd., within SPIN Neighborhood #1.
4. SPIN2026-05 ± An applicant is proposing a 6-lot single-family residential subdivision on
property located at 940 S. Carroll Avenue and 1000-1040 Breeze Way, within SPIN
Neighborhood #9.
