While our organization serves the region, we are proud tohave a dedicated team and presence right here in Southlake, focused on developing the next generationof local leaders.Leadership & ExperienceOur program is led by Dennis Box, who brings over 10 years of coaching experience in the schoolsystem. As a former Carroll ISD employee and a current coach and mentor within the Dragon YouthFootball organization, Coach Box is deeply invested in the growth of Southlake’s youth. As a husbandand father of four, he understands the vital role sports play in shaping character and discipline.
Our Southlake 7v7 Program
We currently field competitive 7v7 teams (15U and 14U) specifically for the Southlake community. Our
program provides a platform for kids to excel as athletes while mentoring young men to become strong,
responsible future leaders of our community.
Training & Classes
We offer structured sessions designed for both competitive athletes and health-conscious adults:
• Adult HIIT (Morning Sessions): High-intensity training to optimize health and stamina.
• Class 1: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
• Class 2: 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM
• Afternoon Youth Development: Speed, agility, and performance training.
• Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Training Options
• Group Classes: High-energy sessions centered on community and shared effort.
• Private Training: Customized 1-on-1 coaching tailored to specific performance goals.
