•The EV Chargers will be available for use by:
–Shivers’ Farm Employees and corporate visitors
–Clients, guests, and members of the public visiting the site
•The EV charging stations will be located in designated parking areas, as shown in
the submitted site plan. These spaces will be marked with appropriate signage in
accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
•The property owner will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the EV
chargers, ensuring proper functionality, safety, and compliance with codes.
