The proposed development received zoning approval with City case No. ZA25-0045. The purpose of the application is to receive SUP approval for the proposed EV charging stations located outside of the grocer building on Lot 2 Block A. The Site Plan proposes 4 EV chargers in the parking field as shown on the Site Plan.
