Re: Shivers Farm – SUP Cover Letter
Good Afternoon,
The proposed development is an approximate 40.2-acre mixed use development located near the
northwest corner of State Highway 114 and North White Chapel Boulevard in Southlake Texas. The
proposed development received zoning approval with City case No. ZA25-0045.
The purpose of the application is to receive SUP approval for the proposed EV charging stations
located outside of the grocer building on Lot 2 Block A. The Site Plan proposes 4 EV chargers in the
parking field as shown on the Site Plan.
