The Southlake location will have four simulator/driving range bays using TrackMan technology; two state-of-the-art indoor putting greens (one hydraulic and one stationary) using cutting-edge Puttview projection technology; a fully equipped gym with free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment; an on-site PGA-certified professional (called a “Box Pro”), free club fittings; club sales; and 24/7 member access. It’s a private, member-exclusive space designed for serious training. We aim to improve an individuals’ golf game through personalized instruction, exercise, and AI-integrated analysis. We provide a free Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening assessment performed by our PGA-certified "Box Pro” at the beginning of membership. The TPI Assessment will evaluate a golfer's flexibility, strength, and balance, to identify limitations that may affect their swing and overall performance. This screening helps create personalized training programs to improve golf skills and prevent injuries. Tee Box offers free club fittings (even for non- members) and sells all the major golf club brands. Club fittings at Tee Box are generally easier and more precise because of data gathered through TrackMan.This technology removes guesswork, allowing fitters to precisely match clubheads and shafts to a golfer's unique swing, resulting in improved distance, tighter dispersion, and optimized launch conditions. We will also have an on-site fully equipped gym that can be used with or without booking a bay or putting green. We offer shower facilities and a changing room for those who need to clean up before leaving. Tee Box’s goal is to improve our members' golf games through instruction, training, and analysis, in a professional environment using top- of-the-line equipment and software. Members are also allowed to bring up to three guests per visit; however, only the member will receive the Box Pro support and TPI assessment. We will offer individual member pricing, corporate pricing, and specialized high school golf team pricing. We are not a golf lounge and will not sell alcohol. We will sell bottled non- alcoholic beverages and pre-packaged snacks, as a hospitality/convenience option.
