• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Specific Use Permit for a training
facility/gym in Suite #160 or #170, dependent on leasing space.

This property is allowed 2.5 parks for every 1000 square feet so for suite 160 or suite 170, the
tenant will have 5 designated parking spots. Due to Creature Outlaws Athletics having classes
early in the morning and late in the afternoon, parking should not be an issue since the other
tenants won’t be there during their workout classes.
