Item 4D - Letter and Photos Dear City of Southlake/ Planning Department,
We are writing to formally request a sidewalk variance for the property located at 2480
Greenbough Ln.
Our request is based on the existing conditions of the surrounding neighborhood. Currently, no
other homes along our street have sidewalks. Adding a sidewalk to our property alone would
create an inconsistency with the established streetscape and would not connect to any existing
or planned pedestrian walkway.
Additionally, installing a sidewalk at this time would not provide any benefit due to the lack of
connectivity. Instead, it would result in an isolated segment that does not enhance safety,
accessibility, or walkability for residents.
We have included photos of the street to illustrate current conditions stated above which
support this request.
