Re: Memorandum of effects of Improvements on Drainage of neighboring lots at 816 Shorecrest Drive,
Southlake,TX 76092
MAK Project#01-2025-6085
To Whom It May Concern,
The proposed structure at the above-mentioned address is located outside of the FEMA-mapped floodplain and
is not situated within a creek channel or any identified creek flow path. The project does not involve grading,
the placement of fill, or any modifications to the existing drainage patterns on the property.
Based on the existing site topography, the property immediately adjacent to the right is at a higher elevation
than the subject property. As a result, surface runoff naturally flows away from the neighboring lot and
continues along the established drainage path. The proposed structure will not obstruct, redirect, or otherwise
alter the natural flow of stormwater across the site. The property to the left of the subject site is currently
vacant, with no residential structures present, and there are no homes located behind the property.
Therefore, the proposed improvement will not disrupt the existing drainage area, create ponding conditions, or
result in adverse drainage impacts to adjacent properties.
Sincerely, OFTFXgS11
