We are requesting an additional sign on the front of the building to support the expansion of
our business. Our existing exterior sign currently identifies FORM YPS and reflects our
fitness studio offerings, including yoga, Pilates, and sculpt classes. With the recent
expansion, we have added a smoothie and juice bar as a new and separate component of
our business that is not represented by the current signage.
Because the smoothie and juice bar serves both studio members and the general public, it
is important that it is visible and recognizable from outside the building. Without an
additional sign, this new offering would not be apparent to passersby, limiting public
awareness and accessibility.
The proposed sign will be consistent in style, size, and placement with our existing sign and
will be all white to maintain a clean, cohesive appearance. Our goal is to clearly identify all
services offered within the space while remaining respectful of the building’s aesthetic and
surrounding businesses.
We believe the additional signage is necessary for the success of the new smoothie and
juice bar and will help ensure the public can easily understand the full scope of what our
business offers.
