During Public Forum, board members will not discuss or take action on any item brought up at this time. 4.Agenda Item No. 4 Reports: A.Southlake Youth Associations- The purpose of this item is for the Parks & Recreation Board to review the reports from our youth sports associations. Representatives from Southlake’s youth athletic associations have been invited to present highlights from the past year related to their respective associations and answer any questions from the board. The Tennis Center dashboard is included in your packet. C.Park Facility Rentals – The purpose of this item is for the Parks and Recreation Board to review reports for Parks Facility Rentals. Director Miller will present this dashboard and answer any questions from the board. The Facility Rental dashboard is included in your packet. 5.Agenda Item No. 5. Discussion A.Recreation and Athletics Taskforce Update- Director Miller will provide a Recreation and Athletics Taskforce Update.
