Vice-Chair Mcllvain called the meeting of the Senior Advisory Commission to order at
1:00 P.M.
2.CONSENT
Consent Agenda items are considered routine by the Commission and are enacted with
one motion.
A.Approve the minutes from the January 13, 2026, Senior Advisory Commission Meeting
Vice-Chair McIlvain presented Item 2A, including approval of the January 13,
2026, meeting minutes.

Vice-Chair McIlvain opened the Public Forum at 1:01 P.M. There being no one to speak,
the Public Forum was closed at 1:01 P.M.
4.EXECUTIVE SESSION
A.Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076,
551.087, 418.183(f), and 418.106(d) & (e). Refer to posted list attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions,
at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need
arises for the Parks and Recreation Board to seek advice from the city attorney
as to the posted subject matter of this Parks and Recreation Board Meeting.
