Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5.c requiring minimum side yard setbacks of 20 feet on property described as Lot 17, Block 1, Dove Acres, and located at 1633 Mockingbird Lane. The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Variance to allow side setback reductions to build a new house with 15 foot side yard setbacks.
