Southlake Town Square began as the vision of developer Brian Stebbins. Stebbins worked with
partner Peter Cooper, architect David Schwarz, City of Southlake Leaders and the community to
create a master plan that reflected the best "small town" downtowns from around the world.
Since the grand opening of the project's first phase on March 20, 1999, Stebbins' vision has helped
shape Southlake and the region. Today, Southlake Town Square is internationally recognized as
a premiere downtown location, a perfect place to gather for work, play and enjoyment.
