An increase in the water consumption per SFLUE has risen substantially since 1999, requiring a reconfiguration of the Water Cl P. Only the upsizing of the system related to future growth is eligible for inclusion in the Impact Fees adopted in 20o8. However, the total CIP numbers are shown above to illustrate the major change. The Service Area for Water Impact Fees is the entire city limits of Southlake.
