Land Use Assumptions
IrThe Land Use Assumptions were updated for 20o8, but
there were no significant changes from the 1999 report
that resulted in the lowering or raising of Maximum
Impact Fees.
2008 Update

The Table of Equivalencies for Water Impact Fee purposes places all meter sizes in
relationship to the residential 1-inch meter based on flow capacity and is referred to
as the Single Family Living Unit Equivalent (SFLUE).
An increase in the water consumption per SFLUE has risen substantially since 1999,
requiring a reconfiguration of the Water Cl P. Only the upsizing of the system related
to future growth is eligible for inclusion in the Impact Fees adopted in 20o8. However,
the total CIP numbers are shown above to illustrate the major change.
The Service Area for Water Impact Fees is the entire city limits of Southlake.
