Ordinance No. 530-B as it pertains to the keeping of animals.
Background Information
• Regionalization of Animal Control services
with City of Keller and City of Colleyville
— Effective October, 2012 �
— Similar to Jail/Dispatch agreement
— City of Keller will directly provide animal control services
and will house detained pets in their shelter facility.
— Southlake will amend animal control ordinance to address
changes to provide consistent legal language.
