On behalf of the Developer, Woodmont Land Company, we are resubmitting the Zoning, SP-1 Site Plan
and Preliminary Plat with revisions to the base site plan and buildings in the northeast quadrant of the
project to incorporate a Lifestyle Center theme as requested by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The corrections for the Staff comments from the previous submittal have been included in these updated
documents. We understand that the updated TIA for the project has been submitted separately By Halff
Assoc.to the Engineering Staff for review.
