WORK SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M. 2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney. No executive Session was held. 3. Recap of the City Council’s action and discussion on Planning & Zoning recommended cases. 4. Adjournment. CHAIRMAN COMMENTS Chairman Kubiak provided an overview of the meeting agenda. 5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 19, 2026. Consider: Ordinance No. 1030A, CP26-0001, Amendment to the City of Southlake Stormwater Master Plan, an element of the Southlake Comprehensive Plan. PUBLIC HEARING Director of Economic Development and Tourism, Daniel Cortez and City Engineer, Jeff Ginn provided a formal presentation of Item 6. Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Seeing no one Chairman Kubiak closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve Ordinance No. 1030A, CP26-0001 as presented. Consider: CP26-0004, Amendment to the City of Southlake Consolidated Future Land Use Plan, an element of the Southlake Comprehensive Plan, for 360 Development, on property described as Lot 5A, Drake Estates Addition and located at 360 Randol Mill Avenue, Southlake, Texas. Current Underlying Land Use Designation: “Low Density Residential”. Requested Underlying Land Use Designation: “Office Commercial”. SPIN Neighborhood #11. PUBLIC HEARING Commissioner Gina Cannova left the meeting prior to its conclusion. Planner Cyndi Cheng provided a formal presentation of Item 8. Questions were asked.
