Item 10 - Narrative This is a very simple request. The property is currently owned by a family who wants to build a new family home on the northern frontage of the property, while allowing for another home to be built south of the primary home, for their relatives (parents). Currently, the property is comprised of two lots- the larger one (5.38 ac.) zoned SF-1A, and the smaller one (4.0 ac.) zoned SF-2. We are proposing a rearrangement of the lots and zoning, to result in the bulk of the property zoned SF-2 (8.38 ac.) and only 1 ac. as SF-1A. Both homes will, of course, be extremely high-quality, and will remain consistent with the current “Low-Density Residential” designation of the City of Southlake Future Land Use Plan.
