A motion was made to approve Item 8, ZA26-0011 subject to the Staff Report dated February 13th, 2026, and the Specific Use Permit Summary No. 2 dated February 2nd 2026, noting that the area of the sign shown will be presented in a form that would fit the current sign ordinance in the same allotted area shown in their presentation. Also noting that the term of the application would be for three years or a change in ownership of the property and further noting that the applicant considers security barriers on the drives during unoccupied times and entry and exit signage conform to current sign standards and consider landscape barriers around the perimeter of the property especially around the traffic circle for traffic control and pedestrian control.
