FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 1800 E. SH 114. Development Details: The applicant is proposing rezone the property from "B1"to "S-P-1"to allow for an existing commercial kitchen to be used for the daily preparation of food to support a catering business. The existing kitchen was previously used for retail demonstrations. The existing building is an approximately 30,000 square foot building on the north side of the E. SH 114 access road. Zoning is required to be able to have a commercial kitchen at the northeast corner of the building in the previously used for the retail demonstration lease space.
