and that certain tract conveyed to James & Lucille Wood as recorded in vol. 3774, pg.
575, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; SAVE AND EXCEPT that portion described
in deed recorded in D215184441 , Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found 3/8 inch iron rod for the southwest corner of said tract recorded
in vol. 3834, pg. 662 and the northwest
