CITY COUNCIL
In accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 1178, the City Council of the City of Southlake
hereby grants written consent to the installation of a Small Cell Network Node and Node Support Pole
within the S. White Chapel Boulevard right of way submitted under City of Southlake Permit No. SCN26-
0001, with a permit address of 1191 N. Peytonville Ave., subject to the motion and conditions made by
the City Council on the 71"day of April, 2026.
