Current use of the building ( 175 Miron Dr, Southlake, TX 76092 ), is
medical/office.
Reason for fagade improvement is to bring the exterior look of the building from
outdated, to modern look, which is well established in city of Southlake. Goal is to
match with the surrounding commercial buildings in the area. Also, to hopefully
bring more business, with this new fagade improvement.
