Site Plan Zoning District to permit an Accessory Use for Lot 3R, Block 1
of the Southlake Medical District.

■ Applicant appearing on behalf of Owner who wishes to allow
construction of an 02 Tank Enclosure to serve R3 Wound Care and
Hyperbarics center under development in the adjacent Medical Office
Building on Lot 2R, Block 1.
■ 02 Tank Enclosure critical to R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics
operations.
■ Proposed Tank Enclosure to match adjacent, previously approved Trash
Enclosure at Medical Office Building.
