Questions and Concerns:
1. Concerned with the grandparent clause and the large number of children in the Carroll
ISD, concerned with traffic and roads, concerned with infrastructure being able to handle
the development, and concerned with the increase of delivery vehicles to the
development.
Response: Not legally able to restrict grandparent clause and pricing for each unit is
high. Residents able to walk to services in the area and will reduce trips. Delivery traffic
may not be as bad as other commercial traffic in the area.
2. Concerns with infrastructure and more residential development in the area.
Response: The Town Square infrastructure was built to handle more than what is
proposed. The power plant issue in not a local issue and is a statewide issue.
3. Concerns with drainage from Town Square to the north across SH 114 and N. Kimball
Avenue and Paterson pond will be overloaded with water and silt (currently happening).
Would support this development if a drainage study was conducted that would address
the issue.
Response: Resident to contact Frank Bliss to discuss the concerns.

aueution or Comment Once again, I do not want to sae any high density housing in
Southlake. We live directly behind Central Market Our
neighborhood had NO power For d days.50%of b"e houses on
our street have extensive storm damage, and we have had to
move into an extended day hotel in a nearby city. The power
system couldn't handle the needs of our cun)Hd population,so
let's throw 54 more residences into a couple of acres in Town
Square. What about the increased water and sewage from
such a high density proposal. I see absolutely no benefits to the
City of Southlake in this proposal—please vote NO!Thank you

Question or Comment Regarding building more Garden residences, just drive Carroll
Ave., FM 1709/Southlake Blvd., 114 going east to Grapevine
and you will find too much auto
traffic already. We do not need more households concentrated
in the area of Town Square.I live just off Carroll Ave.and it is
usually difficult to leave my neighborhood and get onto Carroll
Ave.57 Residences would equal around 75 more cars in Town
Square! It is dangerous as it is and people do not obey traffic
signs and pedestrians are in danger every day.Just try to cross
FM 1709 at Carroll(walking)and you will see.
When I moved here in 1998,the requirement was 112 acre per
residence.Now you are proposing 57 on 2.2.acres?I don't
think so!
. Please preserve the small town atmosphere that attracted
most of us!

Question or Comment I am against this proposal for the following reasons:
1)Our Build Out Density cannot change from the long-planned
34,188 residents.VVe have undeveloped land that is planned to
be residential use.Once the undeveloped land is developed we
will be at or dangerously close to the planned number.
2)Traffic is already terrible.
3)High density housing impacts our school population.
4)Additional population impacts our already burdened
infrastructure.roads,water,and sewer
5)This proposal is outside of the original approved residential
area for Town Square
The citizens of SGuthlake have made it clear we are AGAINST
high density housing. We do not want apartments(whether you

Question or Comment Since I am unable to attend the Spin meeting on April 27,2021,
1 would like to voice my concern regarding Garden Apartments
in Town Square.Anything resembling multiple dwelling homes
rather than single family homes,I am opposed to.Our Town
Square is already a congested and I am opposed to having up
to 58 more residents in 2 buildings.Apartments were already
defeated and in my opinion, this is just another attempt to put in
multiple family dwellings with another name,"Garden
Residences".It sounds like a fancy name for more apartments.
I am opposed.
Sincerely
