Variances Requested
The following variances to Driveway Ord. No. 634 are requested:
• The minimum required stacking depth on W. Kirkwood Blvd. is 100'. The applicant is
requesting a stacking depth of 34' for the proposed driveway to match the existing
condition of the two driveways onto W. Kirkwood Blvd. at the surface parking lot. A
variance to the required stacking depth for the existing two driveways was granted with
approval of the Site Plan for the surface parking lot in 2010 (ZA10-026).
• The minimum required centerline spacing between driveways on W. Kirkwood Blvd. is 250'.
The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the proposed driveway to be located ±123'
from the existing driveway to the south and ±246.7' from the driveway to the north. A
variance to allow a spacing of ±180' between the existing driveways wasz pproved in 2010
(ZA10-026).
• A variance to the minimum required distance of 10' ,a curb inlete sted for the
