which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

In Attendance: Councilmember and Vice Chair Chuck Taggart (Southlake), Vice Chair Devika Seth (Southlake),
Councilmember Sean Shope (Grapevine), Chair Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine), Jennifer Larson (Keller), Ashley Ram
Gosnell (Keller), Councilmember Tim Raine (Colleyville), Sayeda Sayed (Colleyville), and Susan Baum (Colleyville).
Absent: Kara Carreras (Southlake), Kevin Sellers (Grapevine)
REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 5:46 by Chair Marjorie Lewis.
REPORTS:
2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
Staff gave a presentation regarding referral information for Teen Court and Juvenile Youth Diversion.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from January 12, 2025 Meeting.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Interviews: Scholarship Candidates
Adja Niang and Aubrey Levitan were interviewed for the scholarship monies.
5. Discussion: Scholarship Candidates and Interview Results
The board discussed the candidate interviews.
6. Action: Approve Scholarship Recipients
Board decided to award Adja Niang with $1750 and Aubrey Levitan with $1250. Majority approval by board.
Sean Shope abstained.
7. Dates to Remember
The Volunteer/Scholarship Reception will be held on April 16, 2026. The board will present the scholarship
awards that evening.
8. Public Forum: There was no public present at this time.
9. Meeting adjourned at 6:34pm
