Re: Southlake Westin Event Venue Addition
Mr. Killough,
On behalf of Paul Barham / SRH Hospitality Southlake Realty, we present to you the attached
documents to initiate a zoning amendment for the Southlake Westin at 1200 State Hwy 114.
We are proposing an addition to the current building but do not need the current zoning
terms to be revised.
The proposed -5,000 SF addition to the building meeting space will be used primarily to
facilitate social meetings and wedding which are held mainly on the weekends. Due to this,
the current parking is plentiful.
Along with the drawings showing the proposed addition per the checklist, we have included
the following:
• SWPPP Pre-App Letter
• Original Civil Drawings that include unrevised legal property description
• Draft of "Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application"
