This site shall comply with all applicable provisions of the City of Southlake Zoning Ordinance No.
480, as amended, and Development Regulations for the "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District to
include the following:
Permitted Uses:
All uses permitted under Ordinance No. 480-771 B. The site shall remain subject to all previously
adopted zoning regulations, except as modified by this request.
1. Addition of a sport court as a permitted accessory use on Lot 1.
Development Regulations:
All development regulations shall remain as specified in Ordinance No. 480-771 B.
