Dear Planning Department,
Ridinger Associates, is pleased to inform you and the City of Southlake, of our client’s intention
to develop 360 Randol Mill Road, Lot 5A Drake Estates Addition with a 15,620 square foot
general office and medical office building. For this development to proceed, we are requesting a
rezoning from SF1-A to SP1 with O-1 uses
The property is currently vacant and the current land use plan is Low Density Residential. We
are proposing a land use of Retail Commercial with general and medical office uses. The reason
for this is request is the size of the property, the frontage along Randol Mill, and the adjacent
commercial development to the south makes this property more suitable for a retail/office use
than residential.
