1: CALL TO ORDER
The Strategic Priority Workshop was called to order by Mayor.McCaskill at 5:32 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION:-PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
2A. TOWN SQUARE EVENTS: ESTABLISHING AN OFFICIAL EVENT SCHEDULE
Director of Economic Development and Tourism Daniel Cortez provided an overview of a
formalized event schedule for Town Square.
2B. WATER TOWER PAINTING: ART DIRECTION AND COMMUNITY IDENTITY
Assistant City Manager Stacey Black outlined the repainting schedule and provided context on
the evolution,of the City's branding.
2C. 2025 CITIZEN SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS
Assistant to the City Manager Bora Sulollari provided an overview of the 2025 Citizen Survey
results, highlighting overall satisfaction trends, areas of strength, and opportunities for
improvement across key service areas.

3A. FEE POLICY AND COST RECOVERY
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson provided context on the internal fee review process
conducted during budget development, including specific fee items that were evaluated but not
proposed due to the need for additional analysis and policy discussion.
3B. COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATTION — PURPOSE,
PERFORMANCE, AND POLICY DIRECTION
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson and Director of Community Services David Miller
provided a policy-level discussion focused on the CEDC and its role in supporting Southlake's
long-term fiscal resilience.

Councilmember Taggart discussed a flood analysis software tool used with geographic
information systems.
