Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 4B and was
available to answer questions.
APPROVED
A motion was made to recommend approval of the 690-square-foot
commercial wall mural for Lambert Home, to be painted on the east
elevation facing S. White Chapel Blvd., with modifications to include more
Lambert Home branding and the removal of the lemons.

APEX events and was available to answer questions.
Direction to Staff: Include a potential Veteran Band to perform on September 12,
2026, in the Celebrate Southlake festivities.
