CALL TO ORDER Southlake Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE FEBRUARY 05, 2026, SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING Chair Tamara McMillan presented item 2A, approval of the minutes from the February 05, 2026, Southlake Arts Council meeting. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the minutes from the February 05, 2026, Southlake Arts Council meeting as presented. APPROVE THE PUBLIC ART DISPLAY PERMIT FOR THE SOUTHLAKE HISTORICAL SOCIETY SUMMER EXHIBIT Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 4A and was available to answer questions. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the public art display permit for the Southlake Historical Society Summer Exhibit. RECOMMENDATION ON THE PROPOSED COMMERCIAL WALL MURAL FOR LAMBERT HOME LOCATED AT 1710 NORTH WHITE CHAPEL BLVD., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 4B and was available to answer questions. APPROVED A motion was made to recommend approval of the 690-square-foot commercial wall mural for Lambert Home, to be painted on the east elevation facing S. White Chapel Blvd., with modifications to include more Lambert Home branding and the removal of the lemons. Direction to Staff: NA 5B. SOUTHLAKE TALENT SHOW DISCUSSION Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented item 5B, and the Southlake Arts Council discussed the upcoming Talent Show. Direction to Staff: Include a potential Veteran Band to perform on September 12, 2026, in the Celebrate Southlake festivities.
