During the Public Forum, board members will not discuss or take action on any item brought up at this time. 4. Agenda Item No. 4. Discussion: A. Celebrating Southlake’s 70th Anniversary- The purpose of this item is for Director Miller to provide an update to the Parks & Recreation board regarding Southlake’s 70th Anniversary celebrations. No packet item. B. Recreation and Athletics Taskforce Update- Director Miller will provide a Recreation and Athletics Taskforce Update. This is a standing item on the agenda to allow staff to update the board on Recreation and Athletics Taskforce -related topics. No packet item.
