“S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District
for
Southlake Sno
This site shall comply with all conditions of the City of Southlake Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, as it pertains to the “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District uses and
regulations with the following exceptions:
Permitted Uses
The following uses shall be permitted:
1. “Open space” and affiliated uses as shown on the approved site plan.
2. Indoor/outdoor sales and service for the sale of shaved ice (sno-cones), hot chocolate,
and similar food and beverage items and related accessories as authorized through an
approved Specific Use Permit (SUP) in accordance with Section 45 of Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended.
Development Regulations:
1. All site improvements and operational elements shall be developed in substantial
conformance with the approved site plan.
2. The internal driveway may be constructed and maintained as a temporary surface of
decomposed gravel.
