“S-P-2” Generalized Site Plan District
for
Lot 1R, Block 1 White Chapel Church Addition, Southlake, TX
This site shall comply with all conditions of the City of Southlake Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, as it pertains to the Section 08, “CS” Community Service
District uses and regulations with the following exceptions:
Permitted Uses
• “CS” District Uses with the following exception:
1. Religious institutions: churches and facilities for worship, fellowship, and
education.
Development Regulations:
• All “CS” Community Service District regulations shall apply with the exception
of the following:
o Height: No building or structure shall exceed two and one-half (2-1/2)
stories, nor shall it exceed thirty-five (35) feet.
Variances:
• Phase 1 Youth Activity Center
o The current building is 28 feet to the eaves with a sloped roof of 15’ for a
ridge height of 43’ The end caps are at 45.
o The proposed addition make the building 3 stories with a flat roof and top
of the parapets at 46’
• Building Height – Allow for 50 feet.
• Phase 2 Foundry
o The current building (portion being removed) has a parapet of 16’ with a
pitch roof to 33’.
o This is proposed to be replaced with a 2 story building with pitched roof.

• Building Height – Allow for 60 feet.
