• Specific Use Permit and Concept Plan for an existing cell tower to be moved
approximately 260 feet south for Carroll ISD, for property described as Lot 1,
Block 1, Carroll ISD No. 3 Addition, and located at 2400 N. Carroll Ave. Current
Zoning: “CS” Community Services District.

• Purpose: The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Specific Use Permit
and Concept Plan to allow for the relocation of an existing cell tower.

Your property has been identified as being within 200 feet of the above referenced Preliminary Plat
application.
