Dear Property Owner:
A request for Variances have been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Southlake.
Variances to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Sec. 9.5.c requiring a side yard
of not less than 25 feet and Sec. 9.5.d requiring a rear yard of not less than 40 feet, on
property described as Lot 44, Block 2, Dove Estate Addition, and located at 1459 Flamingo
Circle.
The purpose of this request is to seek approval of Variances to allow side and rear yard
setback reductions to build an addition to an existing home.
If you wish to register your views on the matter, you may complete and send the enclosed
Notification Response Form to the Planning & Development Services Department. You are
encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because changes
are often made during the review process.
Please note that this letter and its attachments constitute written notice about the proposed
Variance.
