B.Dowdle Studios City Questionnaire- The purpose of this item is for staff to share an overview of the Questionnaire provided by Dowdle Studios. A copy of the City Questionnaire is included in your packet. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE OCTOBER 28, 2025, SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING Chair Tamara McMillan presented item 2A, approval of the minutes from the October 28, 2025, Southlake Arts Council meeting. RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH ARTISTS ERIC DOWDLE, DBA DOWDLE STUDIOS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $125,000 FOR ART TO BE INSTALLED IN THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE FOR ITS 70TH ANNIVERSARY. Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 4A and was available to answer questions. APPROVED A motion was made to recommend approval of a contract with artists Eric Dowdle, dba Dowdle Studios, in an amount not to exceed $125,000 for art to be installed in the City of Southlake for its 70th Anniversary. RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF AN ARTIST CONTRACT WITH BRANDON TAYLOR, DBA 23 DESIGN CO., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 FOR ART TO BE INSTALLED AT THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER.
