held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the
meeting that a need arises for Senior Advisory Commission to seek advice from the city
attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Parks and Recreation Board Meeting.

1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice -Chair Mcllvain called the meeting of the Senior Advisory Commission to order at
1:00 P.M.
2. CONSENT
Consent Agenda items are considered routine by the Commission and are enacted with
one motion.
A. Approve the minutes from the January 13, 2026, Senior Advisory Commission Meeting
Vice -Chair Mcllvain presented Item 2A, including approval of the January 13,
2026, meeting minutes.

the Public Forum was closed at 1:01 P.M.
