•Purpose: The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and
Site Plan to include accessory sports court use on property described as Lot 1,
Block A, GMi Southlake Addition and located at 350 S. Nolen Drive.

GMi is proposing the addition of two new pickleball courts for employee use on the GMi
Headquarters campus. We currently have one pickleball court onsite; however, due to continued
company growth, the existing court area is being repurposed.
To maintain this employee amenity, the new courts are proposed to be constructed within an
existing green space, as shown on the attached site plan. The proposed location allows GMi to
preserve recreational opportunities for employees while accommodating ongoing growth.
The addition of these courts supports employee wellness, engagement, and campus culture while
efficiently utilizing available space on the property.
