ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING
The regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments was called
to order at 7:30 p.m. on February 24,1986.
J Present for the meeting: Chairperson; Wade Booker. Vice-Chairperson;
Eleanor Kasper. Bill Peck and Ralph Evans.
Case # 46. Request for variance to the Ordinance No. 261,
Section 5, regarding building line. Request
is being made by Wayne Lee for Lot 5, Block 1,
Hilltop Acres.
Mr. Lee was not present for the meeting. After discussion, motion
was made and approved to grant a variance to the building line, as
the home is already built and there is no choice. Motion was made
by Mrs Kasper, seconded by Ralph Evans. Vote was unanimous.
Case # 47. Request for a variance to the Ordinance No. 261,
Section 5, regarding building line. Request is being
made by Phillip Bressinck for the property located on
Hwy 114 at Carroll Avenue.
Mr. Bressinck was present and explained that the request is for
zero lot line for the south side of his property, to be used for
a strip center. The property is currently zoned Light Commercial.
After discussion, motion was made to consider the request with a
7.5' set back line instead of a zero lot line.
Motion was made by Wade Booker, seconded by Bill Peck.
In favor of the motion: Booker and Peck. Against the motion:
Kasper and Evans.
After further discussion, motion was made to table the agenda item
until new members can be appointed to the board, in order to have
a full membership as per ordinances. Motion was made by Peck,
seconded by Kasper. Vote was unanimous.
